Q. What is your service area?
A. Answer- Coos, Curry, and Douglas Counties
Q. Does WCF locate property pins and install the fence on the property line?
A. Answer- No, we install the new fence where the old fence was originally located unless instructed by you to install the fence in a different location. WCF accepts no liability for survey disputes between property owners. If you have concerns about the location of the property line or your fence, we recommend that you contact a local survey company to locate and clearly mark the pins and establish the location of the property lines.
Q. What is your scheduling process?
Answer- Your sales consultant will schedule to accommodate your family as much as possible. Please be aware that the start date could vary one to three weeks depending on the scope of the project, availability of materials, permits, current workload and sometimes weather.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Answer- Depending on the size of your project we may request a one third down payment prior to starting the job as a deposit. A signed contract is your acceptance of our terms.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Answer- We gladly accept cash or checks. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.
Q. Is WCF responsible for calling in underground utilities or are we?
A. Answer- Yes, we will call to locate your utilities for you if needed. However, that does not include sprinkler lines, underground dog fences, and utilities that are not installed by utility companies. We are not responsible for underground obstructions that are not marked.
Q. What is the price per foot for certain types of fences?
A. Answer- We don’t give out our prices so that they’ll remain competitive and won’t get underbid. We will be happy to give free estimates on various types and styles of fences. Many things are factored into our estimate price such as hard to dig holes due to rocky soil and/or layout of the landscape, type and style of fence, location, etc.
Q. Can I just purchase materials from you?
A. Answer- Certainly! We have displays that help in discussing your installation. We will even custom cut fence panels or other items to meet your specific needs. Typically we do not build your gates until you have set your posts. This insures the gate will fit the opening.
Q. How do I get an estimate?
A. Call us to schedule a time so that we can come out to look at where your fence will be going in.
Q. How much does the estimate cost?
A. The estimate is free.

Q. What is pressured treated wood?
